Refund Policy

Overview

At DesignDockHub, all our products are digital downloadable files including CDR and PSD design files. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However we are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction for every customer.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Since DesignDockHub sells digital downloadable files, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are only applicable if the file is corrupted or not as described
  • Refunds will not be issued if the file has already been downloaded successfully
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after purchase

Eligible Reasons for Refund

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged
  • The file received is different from what was described on the product page
  • The file does not open in CorelDraw or Photoshop as mentioned
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same product
  • Payment was deducted but download link was not provided

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • File has been successfully downloaded and opened
  • Customer changed their mind after purchase
  • Customer does not have the required software to open the file
  • Purchase was made more than 7 days ago
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund please follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@designdockhub.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Mention your order ID and registered email address
  • Describe the issue clearly with screenshots if possible
  • Our team will review your request within 2 to 3 business days

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
  • Amount will be credited back to your original payment method
  • UPI and Razorpay payments will be refunded to the same account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet please follow these steps:

  • First check your bank account or UPI app
  • Then contact your bank as processing may take some time
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund please contact us at hello@designdockhub.com

Designer & Contributor Refunds

For contributing designers on DesignDockHub:

  • Commission earnings are non-refundable once paid out
  • Disputed earnings will be reviewed on a case by case basis
  • Payout reversals due to fraudulent purchases will be communicated in advance

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
